Between rue de Grenelle and rue Saint-Dominique, Pertinence welcomes fourteen guests in a former bistro transformed into a quiet setting of light and pale wood.
The room is deliberately restrained. Nothing distracts from the plate, the gesture or the conversation.
The closeness between kitchen and dining room gives the service a rare quality: the chefs present selected dishes themselves, sharing a product, an origin and an intention.
