Ryunosuke Naito — precision
Trained in leading Parisian houses — Taillevent, Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc Courchevel and Le Meurice — Ryunosuke developed a cuisine rooted in clarity, mastery and absolute respect for the product.
Ryunosuke Naito and Kwen Liew met in 2011 at Restaurant Antoine. Before Pertinence, each had already crossed several kitchens, countries and ways of understanding taste.

Trained in leading Parisian houses — Taillevent, Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc Courchevel and Le Meurice — Ryunosuke developed a cuisine rooted in clarity, mastery and absolute respect for the product.
After training in French cuisine and pâtisserie, Kwen continued her journey in Australia and Singapore. She brings vivacity, contrast and a deeply personal creative freedom to Pertinence.
Together, they do not juxtapose traditions. They understand them, work through them and transform them.
Fourteen seats. An experience considered down to the last detail.
